Default I was thinking... and a brick hit me in the head

A brick of thought smashed right into my tiny little brainsponge and became an IDEA!

    Guild Settings:

    Death Penalty -------------|XP| ----|Neg lvl|----(Toggle)
    _______________________________________
    Item Damage -------------|Low| ---|Extremely High|------(List)
    Repair Cost --------------|Low|---- |Extremely High|
    Items damaged on death --|No|-----|Always|
Neg Lvl on Death ---------|No| ----|Yes|

    Quest Type Preference(Loot Settings?):

    |Raids| ----------------|Quests|
More named items ----More random items

    and other things.

Yes it would change PuG dynamics, but it would encourage people to PuG again.

    Um... no.

Would prefer one option for all not have a guild leader/officer dictate. Leaves to much room for greifing and puts non guilded new players at a disadvantage.
A friend will bail you out of jail.
A mate will be sitting in there beside you saying "**** that was awsome!!!"

Yeah, not a great idea. If you've ever played a game like Ultima Online or Asheron's Call you know all about XP chains and craft quotas. It is demeaning and not fun. Don't forget that there are jerks in DDO just like there are jerks in life.
