Lost my party key

Recently lost my party key. How do I get it back, or do I have to report that to Turbine? Anybody know what I should do? All the other keys are still on the page, but the party key has disappeared for one of my characters!! Other characters still have theirs. What's up?

He is referring to the chat window.
If not, the only other thing I can think of is
the social panel. . .

Alas I don't know how to add a removed part
of the chat window. I did that once (it was guild
so I was lucky), but it was on my, long
since re-rolled, first character.

If you're talking about the party tab of the chat window, just right click on another tab, and select create window, it will create a new tab named "default1" then right click on it and rename it how you like and set incoming/outgoing chats.
