Currently in my first month of an actual upgraded account... I paid for the digital download!

Any help would be great, hell it took me a week to figure out how to use a scroll.

The gear is not as important as hopefully finding people to play with, that would rock.

My current "main" character is Rockface Dropaxe (cl3/f1), and needo and arrican are other characters I still run around the harbor with that I'd love to get to higher levels. Again, not begging for gear in the slightest. I'd rather just have some people to play with if there are any guilds looking for a new player who plans to be fairly active. If not for the next few weeks, I've got my wedding, and some serious work stuff coming up. But after that definitely! :-D

I suggested putting up a Sticky with the names of contacts on each server in the Newbie section, but it failed. I still think that it has a place, even with the mentor program. Some people want a more 'hands-on' help and others would just like a few folks they could send a Tell to with a question every so often.

Just signed up, patchin now and itching to play. Was a **** good raid healer in WoW for 3 yrs, and finally said "blah", giving this a shot till Conan comes out.
I'll be banging around as a barb at first to get a feel for the game then probly roll something useful when i do *** it takes to unlock Drow.
Are there any classes lacking? Heals/tanks/support/dps, etc...

Play whatcha like to play. I personally have played one of each until I decided what was my favorite. I love my cleric - loved her for all levels. My bard rocks but hated playing her mid-levels. My barb is a blast to play when I just want to kill stuff. And I just started my very first ranger.
