So I used the pre-patch downloader to update my files, then tried to execute the launcher.
It succesfully updated itself.
Shut Down.
Restarted.
Commenced Installed 881 files.
Hung at Update Game Data 63% (561/881)...closed...reopened...
Hung at Update Game Data 33% (109/321)...closed...reopened...
Hung at Update Game Data 65% (140/213)...closed...reopened...
Hung at Update Game Data 8% (7/74) ...closed...reopened...
Hung at Update Game Data 72% (50/68) ...closed...reopened...
Hung at Update Game Data 94% (19/19) ...closed...reopened...
Hangs at Update Game Data 0% (0/1) does this repeatedly now.
If I attempt to rerun the pre-patch downloader...same thing again but not the launcher update (that's how I got the numbers)
If I use my backup folder then the entire process starts again from the launcher update then the game data update.
What's the dealio?
I still have one file left in my C:\Program Files\Turbine\Dungeons & Dragons Online - Stormreach\bindat folder. And that is:
client_map_1.dat-767
It seems this client map dat file doesn't want to install. Any possible help?
Hope I included everything you need to know for an easy solution.

Launcher Log
Here's my Launcher Log, You can see it hang at "Updating Game Data."
One thing of note. I have the game installed on Drive E. I don't think that should matter, but there it is. And also I was playing several days ago with this setup with no problems. So something happend with the pre-patch install > logon process to cause this.

Clear out your Bindat, Patches, and Forward folder. Then clear your Internet Cache in Internet Explorer (regardless of what browser you use to browse the internet). After this is done, reboot your computer. Then attempt to patch again. It's possible that file is corrupt, so before you attempt to patch again, check those folders to make sure they are still clear.
