Fix Create Party quest list

One of the past mods included an update to the Adventure list in the Favor panel to correctly sort alphabetically excluding words like "THE".

Unfortunately they are still included in the quest list for the Create Party panel. Would be nice if both lists were sorted the same.

Just sayin'.

Agreed, and "The" moved at the end (e.g. "Chamber of Rayium, The")
