I'm just a bit confused here. you're offering a +6 str belt alone for BOTH a +6 con belt AND a Greater False Life item? I think I'm reading it wrong. sorry.

update
Just my wish list guys. I'm just starting out and don't have many hitpoints on my sorc. so ideally yes I would like both the con belt and a greater false life item. maybe not realistic but that's what I want. I am open to bargaining. if someone wants the belt, and has at least the +6 Con belt and something else nice for a sorc, I'll probably make the trade. So you didn't read it WRONG, you just didn't read it all the way. If I can get a +6 con belt and a potency 6 item, I'll be happy. greater false life would keep me alive though, so I want that more.

A nicer way to put it would be to state that the two items you are looking for far exceed the value of the item you are offering. That's only 'market' value so you never know, someone may make the deal. The odds of someone that has the items you are looking for being willing to part with them for the Str belt may be slim. I do wish you good luck in aquiring those items.

Just throwing this out there:
+6 strength is usually less regarded than +6 con. Strength on a belt is the worst possible place it could go, and it's race required.
You might be better off asking for a +5 con belt and an improved false life item.
