Howdy!
I would very much like to roll up a Rogue, but am in need of some build help. I simply don't know where to get started on a Rogue for DDO. They are my favorite class in PnP - but they are a mystery to me in the MMO environment. See, in PnP I would never even think to splash in Pali levels to bump up saves & more.
What I would like to be able to do with the build is this:
Have decent melee capacity. I don't need to rule the Kill count, just not have to run from combat all the time.
I would like to maintain fairly good skills for search, disable, and OL.
I'd like to use Crippling Strike - and I know that will limit multiclassing a bit.
Way of the Assassin seems more appealing to me than the others.
(I guess I'd like more of a melee rogue - but I honestly don't know)
Beyond that - I am in need of help. Are Drow the masters of the Rogue class, or are Dwarves viable? Any point in rolling a human Rogue anymore? Ect ect ect...
Any help anyone could lend in the ways of advice & what not would be vastly appreciated.
