Crashes on Loading Instances

Hey again,

I'm having an issue with loading up instances. I'd say about, 90% of the time, I load instances just fine, however, the other 10%, it simply refuses to load, and will sit there doing nothing until about 5 minutes later it will tell me it lost connection to the server. The worst part is, that character seems to get stuck in the world or something for another 10 minutes or so before I can log him back in. (If I try to log him in during that time, it simply does the same loading issue on trying to enter the game)

Is this a known issue?

The first thing you should do is check your firewall/router settings and antivirus/security settings.

Not sure what I'd be looking for, nor how it would only effect the game part of the time.
