They'll still be very very rare.

They only drop from level 17+ quests (i.e. level 15 elite, level 16 hard/elite).

And they'll continue to be seen rarely on the appropriate loot tables.


They'll be about as common as +6 Strength rings without RR were pre-Mod 5. In fact, they may be rarer as the new content doesn't seem to have as many chests as the Gianthold quests. And +6 stat rings were worth a cool 1 mill PP back around the time of Mod 4.1 (Con was worth much more, more than the PP cap of 4.3 mill).

Eh, I dont know, magic sticks drop a lot, especially if you have wiz/sorc class specific end rewards. I know Ive pulled like 20 spell pen 7 items and they are lvl 12. I think when lvl 14 items are the norm you will see plenty of 6's and some super potency 6/something else, and some superpot 7s.

spell pen VII vs SPVI? it's like comparing broccoli to pineapples. It's a nice stick, it's uncommon, it has value. There's no doubt about that and while they might drop slightly more with the new update I don't seel its value going to $#!^ by any means. My asking price is my asking price and if you have a caster and you're looking for one of these go to your local auction house and see how many of these are in there..... then look at how many +6 str or con items are in there...That should pretty much make my point.

Sup Pot 7 cannot drop until level 19 quests. It's ML 16. That requires either a level 17 base quest, run on elite, or a +1 loot weekend. Kinda like +2 tomes were pre-Mod 5. Warded chests in raids are different - the Shroud, if it has a warded chest for killing Arrietrikos, will possibly drop these.

Likewise Sup Pot 6 of Minor Spell Pen 3 etc. ML 16, not going to drop.


The end rewards may increase the number of 'clean' Sup Pot 6 items, however, you may be right on that one. We'll see. I'll definitely try sticking Sorc end rewards back on for Myrmidral once the mod launches.

Did they raise the ML on Sup pot 6? It used to be 12 and I had several. I gave some away and the ones I didn't I couldn't sell for much on the AH. What's changed?

Suprior Pot 6 will be as rare as sup pot 5 are now. Not rare at all. I have a sup pot 7 now and have had it for quit some time. It is level 14, RR. So in the new update a sup pot 7 will drop w/o RR and Sup Pot 8 will drop w/ RR. How much do Sup Pot 5s sell for in the auction now? 30 K PP? In a two months Sup 6s will be less than 100k PP.

Agreed. Superior 7s may be rare but 6s sure as heck won't be. Nor will +6 stat items for that matter.

I have to agree.. I actually have 5 sup6 and two sup7// I tried to sell one on the auction on Arggo last week and only got 15k pp..

FYI, 4 Sup VI on the auction right now, all have buyout prices below 400K PP. Two are at 300K PP, but STILL have NOT been bought.
