halfling rogues & weapon finesse

at current end-game, is a halfling rogue with approx. 34 dex utilizing weapon finesse with an 18 or 20 str going to be hitting the enemy consistently?

i think the answer is yes, but i want to hear from halfling rogues as i have never played one past level 8

i appreciate any responses

i have recently become interested in halflings because of their good saves & dm's of healing

As a level 14 misunderstood Halfling "Cleric" **wink** **wink** I have a 32 Dex and dual-wield +3 Wounding Short Sword of Puncturing and a +2 Wounding Short Sword of Puncturing with only two-weapon fighting for a feat and I rarely miss on elite content.

Yep, seconded. I've got a 34 dex weapon finesse halfling myself, and I can assure you: you won't miss much.
