a bard rogue?

can anyone help me make a build for elfish bard/rogue who exsells in stealth, upclose attacks , enchantment magic and tumble.
i dont have the 32 point build but im trying to find a good bard rogue melee class

This is a TWF DPS with rogue skills build. I've decided to delay GTWF until level 15 so have edited the build.

Shortsword = 1d6 + 22 +2d6(Sneak) +9(Sneak Bonus) = 25.5 + 16 (51 + 16 Critical) = 32.65
Total: 120.61

As the cap goes up go Bard for 2 more levels Bard 12/Rogue 4 and pick up GTWF at level 15. You would need to modify the skills a little bit to fit your purposes. It does most of the stuff on your list, not great at casting enchantments. If you want to tear up mobs with melee it will do that.
