Edit: Okay, after some time trying to locate a Sup Potency 5 helm, I have had no luck. Therefore, I am now accepting 25 White scales for this.

Unfortunately, at this point the only item I am really looking for is the helm. I could probably go with another non-weapon item, but would need to compare item slots. The character it's for is a Battle-Sorc, and it just takes too long to switch from my SOS to a potency item and back.
