I swear I have searched for an hour trying to find the answer to this. I am trying to multiclass a Ranger to level 11 and would like to cast level 3 ranger spells. I have seen various discussions of this but most deal with 11 being the minimum to cast spells. Is a 13 base wisdom required for level 3 spells or can I get by with a base of 11, 12...etc. Can someone please let me know or point me in the right direction to locate this info. Thank You for your help.

What is the Minimum Wisdom to cast level 3 Ranger spells?

In DDO you can use items to hit the Wisdom necessary. I.e. start with 8, grab a +6 item and you can cast to lvl 4 spells (wisdom 14).
Main: Illuminati (Halfling Iron Monk), Stonewolf (Dwarf Pally), Vyking (TWF Barb), Illuminatrix (Batchick), Illumino (Drow Ranger), Fuji (Human Monk)

Yes, you'd need a 13, including items.
The ability to cast a spell is spell level + 10.

Ok guys thank you for the input. I had no idea it wasnt based on base stats. So as long as I am buffed to 11 I can cast level 1 spells and 12 can cast level 2's and so on. Excellent Info....thanks again
