Default MageBane - Focused Pure Rogue Build

This build is based on an idea I had from seeing a rogue with an interesting name.

The rogue is not designed for front line fighting. (should any rogue fight front line?)
This rogue is designed to jump over, tumble through, or sneak past the shock troops to get to the tasty, squishy enemy casters in the back.

Abilities are focused towards avoiding hostile spell-casting and delivering front-load damage to eliminate casters quickly.

Please review and give me any feedback.

    Note:
    I'm not a raid player.
    I have never seen a +2 tome.
The best gear I expect to pull is +4/+5 stat bonus.
I used the +1 Con tome because I actually pulled one from TS.

Not saying you're wrong here, this is whata lot of Rogues do (well I do) anyways, jump back and go for the casters they go down really fast.

However, for a Rogue that specializes in killing casters I think your will save may be a little on the low side. Personally if I were to design a Rogue specifically for killing casters I would probablly splash Paladin (even though from a roleplay/realism standpoint I am totally against Pal/Rog combos, only sooo many people can be a reformed street urchin or a spy for the church), and I migh actually go Warforged for the immunities, even with the CHA penalty. (Ok so also because I love Forged'

Looks pretty good. I'm not a huge fan of Weapon Focus as your to-hit should be high enough to where an extra +1 isn't gonna make or break you. You have a nice high base cha. Since your aim is to be a caster assasin, I would consider taking Force of Personality (new mod 6 feat). This lets you use your cha bonus for your will save instead of your wis bonus. Either that or SF:UMD. An extra +3 to your will saves, or an extra +3 to your UMD would be more valuable than an extra +1 to your attack IMO.
