I just want to share a great PuG that I had last night running the dragon raid. It was a good group mostly lvls 11 - 12 with a few 14s mixed in and we ran 5 and 6 on elite.

Smooth runs, only deaths really came from not paying attention (I was guilty of that ) fortunately it was only me that got killed that time. However a fun group with a good mix of experienced players and new players.

Ran it on my bard, got my 2nd rank of house K, hit 12th level and had the Delving Suit and the cloak given to me! I felt almost guilty about it, but there was no one left in the quest that could use/wanted the Suit once it showed other than me.

Aside from the loot (thanks again) it was a fun group with the experienced players showing the new players how to do things instead of a total zerg fest with no explainations other than, Keep up! Good teamwork and some really good people as well. While I know the quest (fairly) well, it was nice to see that kind of teamwork and attention to those that don't. If all groups ran together as nicely as this one did there would be absolutely no "bad PuG" threads.
