Client lag issue need a little help!

ok here is whats going on. when I logg in on the comp I bought for my wife to play on. I get real choppy graphics even on low.

System info:
3.33 ghz celron-d
2 gig of pc4200 ddr2 ram
nvidia geforcefx 5200 grapghics card

OS: windows vista x32 ( yes I know it sucks and I have an XP disc ).

When I check the performance during game play the cpu is a 100% and the RAM usage jumps from the 370 megs to run vista to 1.2 gigs.


Any thoughts

The 5200 is a really low end vid card, try turning down the graphics to lowest settings and then turning things on one at a time...... at the very least turn off the overbright bloom filter if it's on. this is the card I used when I first started playing the game and had to turn alot of the graphic effects off to get it to run decently.
