Help please.

I just downloaded the free trial, and was about to play the game, but I only get a white screen. The sound is fine, but there is no picture. This is extremely frustrating, and I have absolutely no idea what to do about it. Can anyone give some suggestions?

if you could post your computer set up it would help someone get a better idea of what may be wrong. Off of the top of my head not knowing what you are running i would say to try to get the latest drivers for your video card then log in again and see if that helps.

If you are getting a white screen go to documents>ddo and open the userpreferences.ini file and change the line allowfakefullscreen=true to read false, close and save it then try playing again.

"documents>lotro" hmmm lotro is not DDO.
