Question about Repair Enhancements

Does he wizard line of enhancements that allows you to have increased % to effectiveness of force and repair spells work for repairing? So far at lvl 1 wizard i can repair 1 d 8 + caster lvl = max of 9 points. I took the enhancement line and have yet to repair for anything over a 9. just wondering if this is a broken enhancement?

The enhancement is not broken, you just can't see the effect with such a low output spell. 1d8+1 +10% = 9.9 which rounds down to 9.

When you get Repair Moderate Damage at L3 and cast for 2d6+7, you'll have output of 9 - 19 +10% = 9 - 20. You really see the benefit when you add in Potency or Reconstruction spell boost items which add to the +10% and start casting higher level spells.

My Reconstruct (L6 spell) repairs for base 140 +50% = 210 pts of damage.

The enhancement is not broken. My Warforged Wizard takes advantage of it, and since I'm level 4 I see more benefit from it.

No problem, that's what we're here for. People ask the same about the Wand Mastery enhancement all the time because +10% is really hard to see unless you have a lot of spell/wand output.
