Please Help

Im Playing on the 10 day free trial. I lvoe the game and will definatley stay on if i can get these issues resolved.

1. I cannot get on general or party chat. Ive ben playing for 3 days straight and have not once had either of these Channels work. I searched the knowledge base and all it said was basiclly "wait, itll come on" well it hasnt.

2. Voice wont work either. My mic test is fine. My freind i play with also has voice activated, Yet it shows That he is indeed NOT activated, and Visa Versa.

Posting a dxdiag can help us resolve the issue, but are you by chance using Vista?

If so, you may have to go in to your UserPreferences.ini file (located in My Documents - Dungeons and Dragons Online) and change the "UserSpecificedPort" from 0 to 9000.
