Resolution Blues

I changed my resolution in game, like a tard, and now everything is black. How to I reset the settings if I cant see anything?

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, didnt seem to help.

Any answers?

I just downloaded the trial today, was going to play with my husband tonight. Hopefully I can get this working in time.
