I get an error message titled this every time I initialize my computer the body states:

The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will noe run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contaced for a new DLL.

This started happening after I hotkeyed my PTT to the CAPS Lock button. I have since remapped my keys so that nothing is assigned to CAPS Lock (I was sick of accidentally yelling in chat boxes). Other than the annoying message on startup this has no noticeable effect on my system.
