Senior GM

I had an issue with some mail on the Ghallanda server. My Character, Lutien has petitioned about it. The problem is that he petitioned 3 days ago, and I was told that a Senior GM would have to help with it. That was the last I heard. Do they have specific hours, or are they just that busy? When I petitioned from the character of mine that was supposed to recieve the mail (blayde), the GM escalated it, and the Senior GM closed it while I was offline (5 minutes later) checking my other characters mail, just in case I had sent the items to the wrong character.

I have a fair number of Characters that I'd like to play, but I feel like I'm stuck playing the character that has the petition in, on the off chance that I'll get a response. I'm trying to be patient, as I'm sure they're busy, but I think 3 days is a little much.

Can anyone help me out?

I could be wrong, but I think I've noticed a pattern of devs and senior GMs not usually working weekends.

One way you can verify this is to post a very inflamatory thread Monday morning. It will get closed within the day, if not within hours. Post a similar thread Friday evening; it wont get closed until sometime Monday at the earliest.
