Offline list of quests?

Devs,

Is there any way to get an official list of the quests that are in game?
I'm trying to come up with a way to coordinate guild events, and, one of the things I'd like to do is keep track of the favor that each of our guild's characters have attained. That way, we could plan an evenings adventures in advance for our guild members.

What I'd be interested in is a list that provides:
Quest name, Faction, Quest Giver, Location, and Favor for completion.

I do realize that this information is available in game by pulling up the favor screen, but, there is no way to export that data.

Anyone know of a complete and official list anywhere? i've looked at several web sites, like ten ton hammer etc, and they are incomplete.

It isn't official, but Ron has created a spreadsheet with quite a bit of that information. Follow the link on the bottom of this post:
