Party formation (start 2-3 level)

This is an attempt to form a (perhaps) long-term party in the Harbor of Khyber. Prash Rethgif, a 3rd-level fighter, will be the leader of this party, and it's not going to be anything special. If it works out, we will start by doing Baudry Cartamon's quest, and then the quest series in the depths of the sewers underneath the bridge (rescuing the brothers, eradicating the Harbormaster's kobold problem). Personally, I have had much trouble with the Harbormaster's quest and want to be able to go the Marketplace without having to bribe the guards. If you want to join, be prepared to wait around or help smash all the crates, barrels, and vases and do all the side quests (for maximum XP). I would rather not be totally outshone by someone who just runs through everything, but we can divide up portions of a quest and work on them individually. If you want to join, go to the first instance of the Harbor at the Wayward Lobster, near Baudry Cartamon, on the 28th of December, 2007, at 4:00pm Pacific time. I will take no more than four players, and am looking specifically for a spellcaster (arcane), a healer, and a secondary warrior (barbarian would be ideal, as they have a speed adjustment and the second chapter of Baudry's quest requires as much speed as possible). A rogue could easily replace any one of these.
I already have the quest, so there is no need to take it while waiting.

If you don't mind a rogue/paladin, I would be quite interested in a long-term group that doesn't rush through missions. If you don't want that class mix, though, no problem, and best of luck.

I may not be able to play very long - a half-hour at most. So, we will probably just be able to do a few first-level quests on hard and do Baudry Cartamon's quest. I will post the next playing time on here after we play, but it may take a while (maybe a few days). If you have conflicts with the playing time, post a thread and I will alter it.

Sorry everyone (maybe only one). I was playing on another character and Prash was not able to make it to the tavern until 4:20. I will wait in the tavern brawl area for anyone who still wants to play tonight (although I will have to leave around 5:30), and tommorrow I will be here at the same time.
