Cabal for One speed runs

I just came out of a PUG where we ran Cabal for One a couple times for relics, each time the run became a little faster. By run 5 we were down to:

I was eager to see if we could make 2 minutes the next run but a couple people had to leave, I lost connection and the run took 6 minutes and the party dissipated.

Anyone been able to do faster?

I'm assuming it's possible with some organization, I had never played with these players and one of them was even his first time in the quest.
