Low voice chat

Ok i dont know about everyone else but for some reason I am hearing every person very soft and i have the voice volume maxed and my speakers are pretty loud. Im running a Diamond Extreme 7.1/24bit card for my audio and the ingame sounds are incredible running and studio quality but the ingame voice is bad. Also I remember about 2 months ago that it was much loud and i havent changed any system settings. So is there any way to amp the ingame voice anymore then what the settings are in game

Unfortunately other than the ingame options and sound settings (which you state are already maxed) it may just be the input of the other players thats lacking.
