According to the announcement...the festival is supposed to last 30 days. Of course the announcement also says it starts on Dec 3 which didn't happen for some reason

Last year was through the first week of January. We had a solid week where coins stopped dropping before the Jester went away. And with the notive, everyone should have known to turn them in.

Hense the confusion around when it will end... 30 days from when it started, or 30 from Dec 3...
