Piercing

The dex requirement for Greater Two Weapon Fighting is 16 - Edit: Since you are a ranger, you will get access to this feat for free without having to meeting the pre-reqs.

The dex requirement for Superior Two Weapon Fighting is 19 - Edit: They are talking about making this available to rangers without having to meet the pre-reqs as well (stay tuned for more info)

you must be able to reach those marks with your base stat + tome (in other words enhancements and items do NOT count towards meeting these pre-req's)

Also it's a good idea to make starting stats (other than your main stat, Str in this case) odd numbers. Why?

1. Because you are (most likely) not going to be putting any of your lvl up stat points into anything but your main stat (Str in this case).

2. The highest + a stat item can have is +6 (this is not just currently, it's the highest they can ever get)

3. The highest + a tome can give you is +5 (currently +3 is the higest available)

So, if you want an even # for a stat you should start with an odd #, use a +1 tome (and eventually +3, and really eventually +5) and a +6 item

The #1 thing I would say is that it's really not worth it to dual wield picks on a ranger (only 19-20 crit range with Improved Crit) - if you want to dual wield picks then roll a specialized Barbarian.

I apprecaite the input. Yes my spelling is attrocious.

I wanted to do ranger, cause well I havn't done one. I already have a 13 THF barbarian. I know not the same, but I didn't really want to do another barbarian.

remember, low dex gives low reflex,and you cant have addy body or evasion wont work So you gotta have atleast 20 dex to fill mith out, and 26-28 to max ac from mithral.

Not really, look at all the weeping and gnashing to teeth over STWF. It's just going to get more ******** when we hit epic levels and low dex people are whining about Perfect Two Weapon Fighting having a 25 DEX requirement. Perfect TWF Feat.
