"Screams of Pain" is a setting right next to "Giggling Baby".
You cant tickle a hobgob with out "Giggling Baby" enabled. That would go beyond inappropriate.

But there are some areas that are not in question or subject to debate. Such as sexual content, racism, religion, politices and much more. There is no room in the CoC about what is or isn't allowed in those areas. They are flat out, not allowed. It's that simple.

Because clearly they know he's there, clearly they are willing participates of what's going on. So it's not a case of a voyeuer being caught in the act, it's a set up situation. So it's po rn. And the part you quoted, doesn't actually say that the rules will be applied as seen by each moderator. It's just to cover the fact they can't be everywhere, which I'm not even asking. But when something is right there in front of them, and they don't realize it?

Classifying what was in the picture as "porn" is a gross exaggeration. You're trying to building a case for this "horrible" picture based solely on perceived assumptions. You yourself stated it wasn't malicious. You yourself stated it was posted for the sake of humor. However, you're worried about what others may think so you "spotlight" this supposed infraction publicly calling for Moderator action in the Development Forum (which in itself is a violation of the rules you're trying to champion)?
