It's really innappropriate. Yes, I thought it was offended. It's just not right to show someone video tapping up a dress.

This is in the WDA thread, one that many devs and mods come back and read and answer questions, so I can't see how it didn't get seen.

I get the humor, I know it's not meant as smut, but sometimes an image shouldn't be left in such a public forum. You don't allow swearing on the forums, which I don't find offensive, but understand others do. So how is an image like this not as bad as swearing?

Come on, you say you want the forums to be a welcoming place for all. Isn't an image like that some what degrading to women? If you want a nicer happier forum, it's going to require some work other then telling people to grow up after giving out infraction points.

I don't want totmatcher to get any infraction points, because it's clear his intentions where humor, not degradtating women, or encouraging anti-social behavior. SO PLEASE DON'T GIVE HIM ANY INFRACTION POINTS.

It doesnt contain anything close to nudity or foul language....................

but I guess if anything it may be very light riskey humour that could be offensive to some viewers

some of the words that get filtered are ridicilous........the forums carry a T rating for 13+

- Ive seen worse than that picture in any number of cartoons Ive seen from tom & jerry, bugs bunny up to dragonball and Naruto (sexy-jutsu anyone)

- the word you cleverly used is even used by children who are potty training.........to let there parents know when they have to GO!! and when they have gone.

Opinions stated by players regarding content that is lifestyle preference oriented does not mean or is not a valid implication of a failure to perform duties on anyone's part, specifically the moderators.

This is an adult game. The pictures in question are adult material, and most children would fail to understand them completely. They are not serious, and should never be taken seriously, and yet a proposed rule change because of them is in question due to someone become opinionated regarding them.

Being offended at something is 100% opinion. Try intentionally getting offended at random household objects. It's rather easy. Once you discover how childish you appear while doing said experiment, you realize it's a habit you want to stop, and a mentally healthy person would then take steps to break said habit of being offended(opinionated).

Glass, I did not see the picture in question so I cannot comment on that. However, while this game is populated by mostly adults this game does have teenagers in game and on these forums--those teens may very well understand or not understand the material. The possibility to be found offensive exists if it was...as you stated...adult material.

I have two teenagers who have played this game and browse/use these forums. I am sure they would have seen and/or heard worse than what you posted; but those standards do not neccesarily cross all walks of life.

I have personally been in a party of 1 8 year old, 1 7 year old, 1 10 year old, and 1 15 year old. I typed the whole time and they had voice. It was a rough run because they couldn't read Party Chat...

I heard the 7 and 8 year olds start using words that even a sailor would blush at... words I've not heard used even in a bar brawl IRL between 2 drunks! Children these days!! The 15 year old was so stunned he tried to calm them down, but then resolved to mute himself. His VC symbol disappeared and he left party shortly after. I gave them a bit of a talking at but the real job is up to their parents... I asked the boy what he liked to play most and he said... Halo on the X-Box.

Anyway... adult material these days is a matter of pure pespective and therefore... opinion.

If someone has a problem with a post, there is a nice little Report button on every one of them. Here are the steps that are involved in reporting an offensive post.

1. Click the report button.
2. Acknowledge that you clicked the report button.
3. Then do nothing... the devs will evaluate the post and make their own judgement call.

At worst, if you have a problem with a single post, you need to send a personal message to that person.

This entire thread is offensive to me because I follow the rules, and to allow people to circumvent those rules means that I'm wasting my time biting my tongue.

So yeah... devs... monitor the forums and lock this one up tight. It's got nothing but flame written all over it.
