The idea is that I start at 100k, and people say "oh my god that's low" then counter my bid. Rinse and repeat several times and we should have a fair market value price.

Azor has been around these marketplace forums quite a bit - he knows the need to specify a minimum bid. I suspect he purposely did not state one in order to draw interest. If the 100kpp bid holds I think he would honor it, but I'd be SHOCKED to see it hold.
