Does support.turbine.com ever take the time to fix problems?

After four days of submitting a character restore issue to account management they still have not gotten back to me. The problem is as follows, back in August 20th of 2006 I downloaded and installed the 10 day trial, during these 10 days I was able to get a lvl 6 barbarian warforged by the name of Saioncer on the Lhazaar server. After 1 year and 3 months I upgraded that trial account into a full subscription account and I have checked on ALL servers and the character is not there. I didnt delete the character before my trial ended either. I've submitted this problem in game and they could not help me as they didnt have enough resources and referred me to account management at support.turbine.com . In every post I have read, they declare they do NOT delete characters but, others claim they clear cache files once a year that wipe inactive characters. What I want to know is if I should keep waiting for support or just give up, thanks for the time to look at my post. Happy Holidays!

Unfortunately you will have to wait for a reply, I am not aware of any character deletions myself.

In 4 days you could of been back to l6.

I've never known turbine to delete characters, but I also know they do not guarnatee that they will be there if your subscription is cancelled.

If the character was lost in one of our downtimes or in the Server merge, it probobly cant be restored at this point.
