Shield piece issue, anyone know how to get a new one?

Have you abandoned the quest and talked with the NPC again for a new shield piece container? You don't even have to abandon the quest normally as I have gotten a new one after mailing mine or after trading mine, or even after destroying mine but I assume you have already talked with the NPC again and he is not giving a new one, so abandoning the quest would be what I would try next.

No I haven't, what quest? I thought those pieces were a conglomerate of all necropolis quests. Thx though, more help than I've gotten from tickets.

The NPC for all 3 of the necropolis collectible quests are hanging out by a caravan to the right or east of quest givers for the 3 orchard quests and the raid quest giver.

I changed my post since someone actually attempted to help. It started as a rant on closing my tickets w/o any explanation then asking for help.
