Bard Compendium Error.. need clarification.

Need a compendium clarification about Bard Spellsinger:

I know the compendium listing is WRONG.
In another thread Mad Bombadier said that the correct listing should be:

Spellsinger (Available to Bard 6)
Action Points: 4 (must have spent 16 action points)
Prerequisites: Bard Energy of Music II AND
Bard Song Magic II AND
Bard Lyric of Song I AND
Bard Concentration II AND one of the following:
Empower Spell OR
Heighten Spell OR
Maximize Spell OR
Spell Focus: Enchantment OR
Greater Spell Focus: Enchantment OR
Magical Training OR
Mental Toughness


In that same thread Strakeln followed up with a post that was formatted differently:

All of these are required:
Bard Energy of Music II
Bard Concentration II
Bard Song Magic II
Bard Lyric of Song I

You must have at least one thing from this list:
Empower Spell
Heighten Spell
Maximize Spell
Spell Focus: Enchantment
Greater Spell Focus: Enchantment
Magical Training

Mental toughness was left off of Straiken's post. So is it a possible selection for the spellsinger requirement or not?

Mental Toughness is one of the usable feats. (It's what I used for my Spell Singer)
