    Default Two Wep Fighting

    I have a ranger using two wep fighting.

    I have a selection of light weps for the offhand, more than 7. (banes, elemental and effect)

    Is there a way I can equip them to my offhand from a hotbar/quick slot?

    Can one be coded? ie ctrl click on hotbar/quick slot to equip to offhand?

    As of this time no. Your best bet is to decide before each quest which combos you will most likely want to use...

    or prune your off hand weapons to less than 8

    Edit: In any case you only need 4.

    +5 holy of pure good
    +x vorpal
    +x smiting
    +x disruption

    And thats all you need for 99.9972 of the game.

    I'd leave the vorpal out. The few times that it's useful, you'll know beforehand, so no need to hotkey it. If you have improved crit, take a holy burst of pure good (the higher the + the better) and a wounding of puncturing, (if no improved crit take a higher plus with holy//puregood), and a smiter, a disruptor and (if you are running more GH than Orchard) a paralyzer.

    I like your interface suggestion tho - it'd also be nifty for casters to be able to select only their offhand weapon, and I'd like to be able to swap the left ring from the hotbars too (currently clicking a ring in the hotbars puts it on your right finger).

    Personally I like to put cursespewers, deception, backstabbing, parrying & (man just had a brain fart...... weapon that adds to crit confermation) in my off hand.


    Edit also destruction works ok in my off hand also....

    The combs I have for my ranger is (this is with improv crits)
    W/P dagger and a elec puncturing rapier
    Paralyzer and W/P dagger
    Paralyzer and Cursespewer

    Then when you pick the Paralyzer/Cursespewer you can change out you main hand with anything (i.e smiter or banisher) and the cursespewer will stay in your off hand helping your smiter or whatever you pick.

    body feeder and maiming aren't bad if you are using rapiers as well. i like paralyzer and vorpal together . hold'em still and cut their head off. w/p is what i use most but only have one rapier and w/p shortsword. outside of undead or construct, the w/p pretty much kicks butt .

    Not, in one step, no. But, in 2 steps, yes! Use a weapon hotset and drag the offhand weapon to the hotset twice. It's now an offhand weaponset. All you have to do is hotbar your mainhand weapon of choice (not weaponset, just hotbar slot).
