Could you perhaps give us an idea of what the highest offer was so far? It might be lower than what you're expecting but atleast it'll give us an idea of what you consider too low.

750k is probably about what you can expect to get. +2 tomes are a bit to easy to come by now (favor, multiple raids, chest loot).
