Fearsome Robe of Command

I was wondering if there is any interest in a Fearsome Robe of Command. Its Fearsome and gives +2 to all CHA based skills AKA UMD.

i dont think that stacks with any umd item though does it ( ex: golden cartouche ) ?

Good for lower levels as I have one that is lvl 6.

no it doesn't stack but some people would ratehr wear it and have constant +2 then swap out for +3 and have to possibly take off their con necklace at 1 hp after you've been raised to use wands... no i've never done that....

i agree min lvl 6 would be very nice and even at higher levels especially if u have trouble pulling the cartouche out of deleras and br i wasnt trying to burn your item man was kinda of asking a question cuz i couldnt remember for sure so sorry if u took my post offensive

didnt take offense i have bad comunication skills. i was also making fun of myself for repeatedly killing myself my switching con necklace for cartouche while at 1 hp to heal myself up with wands lol
