Deleting an account

I am finally getting around to asking about this but on my account I still have the Pre Order Key listed even though it is inactive and when I go to log in I have to choose the "Official Product Key" one everytime. Its kind of a pain in the but and both my wife and I had the preorder and her login does not have this step. How can I kill it?

I do believe it will disappear after a certain amount of inactivity. However, if I'm incorrect (it does happen!!), you can also contact Account Management for this if you never want to use that subscription again (and I do mean ever).
