I have a lvl 14 rogue and cannot get the GTWF feat. Is there a feat progression i need to follow? Thanks for your help.

you don't have the BAB for it at level 12 (your last feat), and i'm assuming you took TWF and ITWF.

Does that mean i have to splash a lvl of barb or fighter to get BAB higher when i reach lvl 12?

if you took one level of fighter somewhere in your line, and took another level of fighter at level 14, you'd be able to pick up the GTWF feat at level 14 with the sacrifice of a d6 of sneak attack damage and a few skill points.

As a straight rogue, you'll have a BAB of +11 at level 15 and can take GTWF at that time. I personally wouldn't worry about taking fighter levels now for it, just wait for level 15. This way, you have the option of taking a fighter level or 2 at the end of the build to get STWF with a fighter level at level 20.
