Ok, I completely get the point of the original post and the replies - think it's funny - no harm, no foul.

You guys do know that the way their rules are written, even this is impermissible.
Sad, isn't it? Happens a lot when you try to get ahead of everyone and make everyone happy - you end up with a complex set of rules that only a Tax Attorney can figure out and everyone feels like they've been shafted, except the Attorney who knows he/she got paid.
