lol btw fyi br u really got screwed then...and o ya just wondering whats wrong with people nowa days...there is no difference between a ss and a dagger when it comes to stat damage....wow the ss does a 1d6...omg thats sooo much better than a 1d4.....no its usless for stat damage users and i dont see y people r so picky bout the difference..a w/p is worth well more than a +5 mith fp and some....my offer is generous.

shortswords are better then daggers cause they have a better chance to bypass the dr of certain mobs. given the intelligence with which you carry yourself, i will let you fill in the blanks as to why that is important. Is it a huge difference no... but there is a difference...and a shortsword is superior to a dagger for that reason.

*shrugs* you had the message up for like 2 weeks or something. I was begining to think that the general public valued w/p daggers less then tome pages. I am shocked that BGP didn't rape you first.

Besides you sure seemed happy to get Skiver 2 weeks before it went public that the preraid was highly exploitable.

As for all this talk about w/p Barbs being unstoppable, Kaptann Insano has partied with 3 such builds so far and has left them in the dust. The last being Thoracks build who only had 1/5 my kill count.

I think a good way to compare w/p builds is as follows. The general poorly equipped noob will never compete kill wise against any build with w/p weapons. My ranger who duel wields w/p rapiers usually out kills noob groups. I dont attribue this to any amazing skill. Its just an extraordinary difference of weapon quality between myself and the noob. Obtaining w/p is alot less complicated then aquiring an elemental burst greater bane greataxe for each enemy race. So when you compare your w/p character, compare him to a group of good tanks and not just noobs with a +5 great axe or the ever decieving SoS. You will see a big difference.

So is the w/p Barb unstoppable? No, its just quicker and easier then the real juggernaut!
