lineage Enahncements stack with items?

Does anyone know if the lineage enhancements that improve your chances of a crit stack with lore items? Basically can you get to a near 20% chance with both a lore item and the top lineage enhancement and have the increased percentage of dmg multiplier? Was not sure how this works.

The Top od each line stack. Last i knew you could get to 15%.

Best you can get is 9% from item and 9% from enhancement for a total of 18% crit chance. Best multiplier is 1.5 base + .75 from enhancements and .5 from item for a total of 2.75, if memory serves.
