What meta/enh/items will affect Poison?

OK, the poison spell.

I know that Empower/Maximize/Heighten will affect Poison. I've seen a screen shot somewhere of someone doing 20-ish Con damage in a single hit with metas on. >

Do any of the cleric Enhancement lines boost Poison? I kind of doubt it, but may be wrong.

Will a Potency IV item boost Poison? I kind of think so, but may be wrong.

I'm considering respeccing to specialize in Poison and I want to know if I need to start hunting for a Potency IV item for my cleric now...

Just Max and Empower, and those are probably just a bug. 1d10 x 2.5 CON damage in a single hit is pretty tasty. For more CON damage add Contagion (Slimy Doom) as a quick 1-2 punch.
