lol its 25% striding and melee/ranged alacrity 10% doesnt stack with haste, but its your friend when u are in anti magic feild

25% stride vs 20%

20% melee haste vs 10%

and its worth an ac bonus, not penelty.

i have madstone i have docent and i do use it while fighting doomsphere if your proc wears off u got no effect and holders rarely use melee attacks to get you madstoned. anyways you dont need ac vs a holder do you so if your proc runs out why not use it?

but all the archers can be stopped by AC, and jorgandul's collar for the melee haste. Not useless, but not nearly as good as other items out there

cold resistance and bramble gloves i dont need ac on my wf like he had any to begin with its still semi useful.
and jorgs collar is a necklace and doesnt have 25% stride and takes a much more valuble slot then docent

I am going to have to agree with Murderface. Depending on my character my boots slot, neck slot, ring slot, and many other slots are much more valuable in terms of what they can provide than my docent slot. Half of my characters could and would put the Docent of Quickening to use.
