The one thing your missing that is significant is Power Attack. In all honestly lose either Greater Two Handed Fighting or Toughness for it. It makes a significant increase in your DPS. I maxed out the enhancement on top of that for power attack (for each level its -1 to hit +1 damage). I would never build a barbarian without Power Attack. I keep it on 99% of the time. (The only time I ever take it off is when I am missing, which is very rarely). I have 6 rages at 2:45 each I believe they are.

With my Dwarf Barb, I went with 18strength/18 con / max wisdom I could (not at home to see my numbers). I went with Two Handed Fighting / Power Attack / Improved Two Hand Fighting / Imp Crit Slashing / Greater 2 Hand Fighting.

With my personal rage and a potion (with my enhancements) I am at a 40 str / 38 con. I have the helm from tapestry / 10 HP from Agents Favor / Greater False Life. I sit at an unbuffed 370 / 440 with the 2 rages. When I get madstone boots those number go up. With the 370/440 that is MORE than enough hitpoints, never had a problem. The extra DPS created by power attack / Greater 2 Handed fighting is more important imho.

Yes, Improved Critical: *whatever* stacks with Barbarian's Critical Rage.

don't bother with the Hardy rage, do max out the power rage/extra rage/extended rage (if you're not raged, your just a weak fighter)

You will have plenty of HP

Edit: Also, as a previous poster said - Drop the 2nd toughness feat (the real benefit is being able to take the AP's which will give you much more than the actual feat) and take power attack in its place.

Yep drop the toughness and the enhancements. Pick up power attack and replace enhancements with extend rage.

Staying raged 100% of the time will provide you with a ton more DPS and HP then toughness ever could. Without extend rage you can't keep raged all the time. Learn to chain your rages,, ie drink rage potion first- rage, fight 2-3 min tell expires - drink lesser restore pot, rage pot, then rage again. (skip pot drinking for more speed if you have nice party members to hook you with those things)

Imprv crit and crit rage II = crit on a 17 with a greataxe. Or a 13 with falchion or the sword of shadow.

Basicly my build when you fix the flaws, so check it out for more details. Shade's Max DPS build?

Actually, i would say max out all rage enhancements and drop toughness.. if you put up your hardy rage you will come out about par with your would-be toughness hp gain, and you will also get increased rage time lengths, due to higher constitution. power attack and the THF feats are great, and as is slashing, but the THF feats can easily be overestimated.. myself, i would drop greater TWF until level 15 and take stunning blow early.. my barb self-raged and such has a 44 str, and with a stunning blow and no outside-increases, making his stun dc 27. grab a nice weighted weapon and that becomes 37, put up dwarven tactics, and its up to 40.. stun on barbs is rarely seen, actually... i rarely see anyone with stunning blow.. but i would say that it and trip are the two most important feats to any fighter type.. even on my dex based ranger, i use stunning blow.. 22 str, that stun still hits quite often and makes for some really fast killing..

just my 2 cents, drop GTHF for stunning blow and pick it up again at 15
