As for suggestimions, last time kargon give stuff away kargon did it like a raffamle, where evermabody who send kargon tasty ham over certain period of time get 1 raffamle tickamet for each ham, and kargon give stuff away with /roll 1d(totamal numbamer of entries).

work fast and well as far as choose winnamers and mail prizames, but not so great for generate excitemament except on forums.

X don't get me wrong, we need all of the Xoriat players on line that we can get. How else do we keep the hate alive. However, if you are choosing to go, your stuff should go to those that hate with you. If I do make it to the event and I do get one of your items, I will have no probelm giving it back when you return. It definately look as if you put in your time. Nice list!!!! You will be missed.

Hate to see old Xorian blood go. Dude, keep the gear, it's easy to get. (Fun to swat at the vultures on here as well.) Anyway, gear is easy to come by, but experienced Xorians are not replaceable. Best of luck, and hope to one day see you back here.

Hellgate London is a great game don't get me wrong but they are completely different . One is Dnd and slower paced with questing and needing actual knowledge where you need a party and Hellgate is more fast paced guildwars diablo just log in and kill style.

Having both going is my preference.

I'll take all your loots, that way you won't have to sully your soul with the corruption of our roleplaying poison. Don't worry, it'll all find good homes. I know a warforged bard in a premier roleplaying guild that loves cookies... and 2-handers. Then there's the pink-haired kalashtar in her guild that hates physical contact, but loves to reach out and touch someone with repeating crossbow bolts. Or even better, the psi-forged rogue that swings a mean heavy pick, and considers all fleshlings to be "meatbags". Either way, your stuff will be well-loved and used frequently. Feel the hate, man... feel the hate.
On a more serious note... even if you give away every unbound item in your banks and inventories, don't delete your characters, and don't destroy your bound items. Turbine saves them for awhile after the account goes inactive, at no cost to you, so when you do come back, you'll at least have your raid loots, if nothing else. Unless, like Jundak, you like burning bridges as you charge across them.

I'm in the 'take a break, keep your gear' camp. I've seen quite a few people leave for good only to come back and have to start all over (some having deleted all of their toons). Good luck in the future!

Keep your gear and let the account go inactive - you will be back. I took off what... 7 or 8 Months?... and I came back. I used to be elite on Xoriat - at least in the sense that I was with the groups always pounding out the newest content first and my gear was all uber. Now - I'm sure my stuff all sucks.


Seriously - save the gear and take some time off. Hellgate is fun, but it gets old. If you take off a few months, you can actually come back to DDO and it'll be something of a new game. I quit right after VoN came out, so I'm sure there is a TON of new stuff for me.


In honor of my old home, I did reroll a new toon named "Xoriot". :-)
