i got a sun blade by delera tomb.
i don't kow what the value is it.
if i want to sell it, how much pp can i sell?
or can it trade for +2 stat tome or +1 stat tome?

200k plat would be a good buy for the owner of a sunblade.. they're overrated though.. but yeah, i'd throw it on the auction house for prolly 260k plat so you get your 200 out of it, bet it sells within 24 hours

+1 stat tomes? sure. Probably any tome you want, maybe even 2 of em (though not from me).

+2 stat tome? not on your life.

The sunblade is comparible to a +2 bastard sword of undead bane, except its piercing, and can be finessed/offhanded. Its definately not something I would carry past lvl 8 or so though, and not remembering its min lvl req I cant remember how usefull at lower levels it is.

Min lvl 6, nice for dual weilders at lvl 6, but by lvl 8, yes its pretty useless.

If it helps, theres been 2 sunblades on the AH for about 2 days now. THink the cheapest one was 300kpp min bid. No bids yet IIRC.

+2 (+4 vs Evil) Shortsword (1d10 dmg), Flametouched Iron, extra 1d10 +4 dmg vs. Undead


couple comparrisons might prove useful (VS fleshy undead):

10-28 with an avg of 19 (+4 to hit) - sunblade

8-28 with an avg of 21 (+5 to hit) - GUB bastard sword

8-26 with an avg of 20 (+5 to hit) - GUB longsword

8-24 with an avg of 19 (+5 to hit) - GUB handaxe

The way i look at it, sunblade is a very nice item for fighting fleshy undead - but almost any slashing GUB weapon is a bit better.
