    Default Game Update time

I'm wondering if this is normal: I went and bought DDO yesterday, excited to install and play it. Here I am, a full 28 hours into updating the game files, and I'm finally at 928/3637 files downloaded. It looks like I'll be able to play sometime tomorrow. I have enough hard disk space, my system reqs are in between the minimum and recommended, and I have broadband wireless internet. Why in the bloody blazing @#$% is it taking so long for my game to download? I don't mind waiting a couple of hours to get an MMO up and running, but this is just ludicrous. 28 hours and still going? Anyone know the deal?

Well, I started off with 11,000, but every so often it resets to 0 and subtracts all that it has downloaded. So, I guess in 28 hours it has downloaded around 8300 packets of information. Arg! If this game is slow and laggy when I finally get to play it, I'm seriously driving a #@!#ing dinner knife through my monitor.

600 packets to go and counting! I should be online no later than this evening.
