    Default good luck

I wouldnt give the guy nothing for it after i ran a reavers with him and told him id give him the madstone shield he wanted (that i pulled ) for that dagger . I got no responce from him . Then i gave it to him and all i wanted was the **** dagger or maybe even a thank you but i had to send him tell saying your welcome b4 he even said thank you. This is why the new raid loot system puts a damper on things u have to pug the reaver to get 12 people and then people expect u to give the loot u pulled to them for nothing at all. I dont mind helping people out at all but to get nothing in return but a cold shoulder makes me feel like Mr rogers being bent over and takin advanatage of ( with no lube). Well ty murrican thats the last time i give my raid loot to anyone i dont know without a simple ty man i appreciate it u didnt have to do that.

Man up and don't start drama. If you have something to say then say it in-game. I think just because you had an incident with him once doesn't mean you should tell everyone to not trade with him. I have given things to people without them saying a thank you a lot, I don't complain, it's life, get over it. The reason he didn't say thank you was because you gave it to another person after he won the roll smart guy.

Murnican is a great guy and will do anything to help out any of his friends in-game. He would even help out people he doesn't know. You should really get to know someone before you make a post like this because you are making yourself look like an ass. Have a good day.

EDIT: Also, if you really thought you could get a sweet wep by trading raid loot then that is pretty funny by the way. No one would ever do that, especially since the shield drops pretty often.

Not trying to derail the sale, but generally I'm curious - how valuable is this item for peeps?

    For a finesse user:

against skeletons - it will be essentially equivalent to a +2 light mace of GUB.

against zombies - it will be essentially equivalent to a +2 hand axe or +3 kukri of GUB.

So i guess it has the benefit of being useful against all type of undead...

Certainly handy... Especially for the pack-space concerned adventurer...

    thoughts?

LMFAO, greater undead bane weapons are generally very valuable since about half this game is undead. I had a +1 ghost touch maul of greater undead bane that i traded for a +6 charisma ring and about 5 white scales. So they are pretty valuable.

That dagger is a far more valuable item than the Madstone Shield. Expecting the guy who fairly pulled that dagger to just give it to you after happening to win the die roll for a bound shield you had no need for is wishful thinking, to say the very least.

Well It would be a non changing item for fighting most undead, and it would be the equivalent of a +3 appropriate greaterundeadbane, not +2 so pretty valuable, definately more so than the Raid Shield

"I think just because you had an incident with him once doesn't mean you should tell everyone to not trade with him"...... i didnt say anywhere that people shouldnt trade with him..... number 2 "The reason he didn't say thank you was because you gave it to another person after he won the roll smart guy"....... i didnt give the shield to the wrong guy... The other person that pulled the shield said b4 anyone rolled that he would give his shield to the 2nd highest roll and I could give mine to the top roller then everyone rolled b4 they even asked me if I was offering the shield I pulled...cir seemed upset that his roll of 99 didnt get the shield b/c the other guy gave his to the second highest roller like he said we would.... so i sent him a tell saying id give him the shield he wanted for that dagger for my ranger..... It was just an offer he didnt say anything back at all and then was aking why he didnt get the shield with a roll of 99 and I guess he didnt hear that the guys said 2nd highest roll got his shield. So the whole confusion was over people offering the raid loot i pulled to other people b4 even seeing if I needed the item (witch i didnt need it i already had it). So I kicked him down the shield asking nothing in return like many people should do if they dont need the item. Only thing that ****ed me off was that people offered my loot I pulled to other people then I waited a few minutes and then i sent him a tell saying "your welcome" . b4 i got a thank u . I just feel like people expect u to give ur raid loot away without even offering a item or a simple ty witch is total BS

Ok, well I read your first sentence wrong, but like I said, the only reason you posted this was 1. Stir up things or 2. So no one would trade with him. Cept for those 2 reasons I don't see any point to your post.

You didn't need the shield, it binds to whoever picks it up, and only someone in the quest at completion can pick it up. Yet, you wanted to bargain it away for a vastly superior item? You had no use for the shield, you shouldn't be expecting a nicer item in exchange for it. Raid loot shouldn't be treated the same as regular loot, due to it binding...
