Can't make in game help tickets

I searched the forum but did not find a problem that fit my description.

When i goto place a help request ticket i click the? and the a windo opens with a page that says "Website down for maintaince". And its done this for a long time now every day. Any ideas?

I tried changing my defult browser from firefox to explore, but ti was a no go

I encountered the "Down for Maintenance" announcement for a few days, then yesterday it seemed to be up. Today, however, when I attempt to submit a ticket, I get a login screen for which my game and forums IDs and passwords don't work.

Cannot submit ticket. They can't find you if you can't even put it in.

ya, it was a joke....and so is waiting around for them to fix whatever bug happened better to drop group and start over....my mentua pre-raid last night...mentau just dissapeared as we were killing him ....almost 2 hour investment till we got to chest ... 1 1/2 was bug/dev resolution time..... waiting on devs is like so painful...maybe they should have a response estimation time ...to visually see if its worth our time to stick around
